DEI Event
January 20th | 7pm EST
Room TBD **
Mandatory to attend in order to submit online application.
(Makeup assignments will be distributed as needed.)
Each semester, KOA Zeta hosts a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Panel in collaboration with student organizations across Grounds. This event creates space for open dialogue on how identity, lived experience, and systemic inequality intersect with public policy — both in theory and in practice.
Interactive policy simulation designed to introduce ruhees to the frat’s core values of equity, inclusive policymaking and critical policy analysis. This event embeds DEI directly into the policymaking process by asking participants to evaluate real-world tradeoffs through the perspectives of marginalized communities. By engaging with structural constraints and competing community needs, rushees gain insight into how policy decisions shape unequal outcomes.
